New feature: invite collaborators to your brands in SyncBooster

We've launched Brand membership - a new way to invite employees and collaborators to manage a brand without sharing your account password. Every invited user sees only the brands they've been given access to, and can create and publish posts right away.

The invite takes 30 seconds. They get an email, click a link, and can start working in your brand immediately.

Who is this for?

This feature works anywhere more than one person is responsible for a brand's communication. When multiple employees work within the same business, each of them can have their own access to the brand and independently create and publish posts - no shared logins needed.

Marketing agencies - each client is a separate brand. The copywriter assigned to a given client sees only that brand, not the others. Work flows faster, and client data stays where it belongs.

Freelancers with subcontractors - outsource part of your content production to an external copywriter. They generate and publish posts in SyncBooster. No chaos in external chat, no sending files by email.

What can a collaborator do after joining a brand?

Every invited user has access to the AI assistants assigned to that brand:

• Chat with Onboarding Assistant - an assistant that knows the brand's specifics, tone, and target audience
• Chat with Social Media Assistant - an assistant for generating and refining posts across different platforms

Tokens for conversations are drawn from the brand administrator's account - the collaborator uses the owner's resources without needing their own.

What a collaborator cannot do:

• Invite additional people to the brand
• Manage connected social media accounts

The brand owner retains full control over configuration and access.

How to invite a collaborator?

It takes literally 30 seconds:

1. In the brand settings, click "Manage Team" and enter their email address.
2. The system sends an invitation by email - valid for 7 days.
3. They click the link and accept. To accept the invitation, they need their own SyncBooster account - if they don't have one yet, they can register for free before accepting.
4. The collaborator sees the brand on their dashboard and can start working immediately.

Switching between brands

If a collaborator has access to multiple brands, they can freely switch between them without logging out. Each brand has its own AI assistant with its own knowledge base - after switching, the AI immediately knows the context of the new brand.

Security and control

• Invitations expire after 7 days and can be revoked at any time.
• Removing a collaborator revokes their access immediately.
• All actions (invitation, acceptance, removal) are logged in the system.

Seat limits by plan

The Free plan does not include the ability to invite collaborators. The seat limit is shared across the entire account, regardless of how many brands you have - the same person added to multiple brands takes one seat. Starting from the Start plan you can invite one person to your brand, and higher plans scale the limit to fit a larger team.

This is the first version - we'll build it out with you
